I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location was great, with plenty of attractions in the area, including an aquarium that was within walking distance. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a good variety of options. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the parking lot and the transportation was easy to find.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of this hotel is wonderful, close to the aquarium and other attractions. the service in the restaurant was very helpful, and the seafood was fresh and delicious. the rooms were clean and spacious with lovely natural views.
The resort itself felt old and worn out, in dire need of a refresh and update to keep up with the times.

Amazing scenery views around the hotel. Walking trails are easily accessible and perfect for some relaxation after a busy day. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic too. I especially liked the fact that they had a variety of food to choose from and the service was prompt. the staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was superb too. the hotel was in close proximity to restaurants, shops and other key attractions.
Some aspects of the hotel were a bit outdated and could do with some refurbishing. the pool seemed to be a bit too hot for our liking and the outdoor area was not as well maintained as we would have liked.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. the exclusive amenities, including the Spa centre and heated swimming pool, were exceptional. the location advantages provided beachfront access, scenic garden areas and the Spa lounge provided an amazing view. The room advantages, including private facilities and a pool with a view, made our stay here both luxurious and comfortable with fantastic service. Cons: the only minor issue that I encountered was the limited entertainment offerings. this was offset by the exceptional restaurant, bar/lounge area, and picnic area that offered a variety of culinary options. this hotel was an exceptional venue, fulfilling all our luxury needs.
